Do you repair antique jewelry?
Yes! Our team of metalsmiths can meet all your jewelry repair needs. We often take on jobs other jewelers would turn down. We specialize in antique jewelry restoration and we work in all precious metals: platinum, gold, silver and palladium.
I dropped off a piece in-store to be repaired, is it ready yet?
We will give you a call as soon as your jewelry is finished and ready to be picked up. If you would like to know the status of your repair, please call the store where you dropped off the piece. Click here to find your store.
Do you have jewelers on-site or do you send customer repairs out?
All of our bench jewelers work on-site at our Dover location, and service all of our retail locations. When you drop off a piece to be repaired, it is hand delivered to our workshop, so you can ensure it will be treated with care. Battery replacement
