Do you have jewelers on-site or do you send customer repairs out?Updated a year ago

All of our bench jewelers work on-site at our Dover location, and service all of our retail locations. When you drop off a piece to be repaired, it is hand delivered to our workshop, so you can ensure it will be treated with care. Battery replacements are serviced in store (all locations) however watch repairs are sent out to a specialist offsite. Read more about our repair services here.
