We understand that situations can arise where you may need to update or cancel your invoice. If you decide to change or cancel your order before payment or shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. We are able to update invoices and resend them to you to reflect any changes. Similarly, if cancellation is needed, we can process this upon request before the item is shipped. Once processed, cancellations will typically result in a credit on your account unless it is a layaway in which store credit will be issued.
