What is your return policy?

If you receive an item and decide it's not what you had in mind, you can return it for a full refund within 10 days.  The 10 day refund period begins the day you sign for the package. All returned pieces must be in the same condition as was sent to y

If I get a ring sized, can I still return it?

Yes, in most cases, depending on the item and the size change, we will accept a ring return that was sized. This is only eligible if we sized the item. Rings sized by jewelers outside of MSJ will be not eligible for return.
